This year had been a year of not normal, sadly. And it seems holiday shipments is also a victim of the not normal year. We have been processing our orders as normal, but the shipment carriers have been swamped. Many of our packages are not even showing up as picked up until two days after they have been picked up! What should be a couple of days transit times has turned into weeks. We know this can be frustrating for you, especially when your shipment is a gift. I know it's frustrating to click a tracking link and there not be any progress with your package, but after we process and package your shipment it is out of our control when you will receive our item. I think right now we will all have to practice a little grace. Thank you for your business and fingers crossed that all packages arrive in time!

We have always offered International shipping to a handful of countries, but we noticed a quirk in our system a couple months ago. Light items, like labels, coasters, pins, keychains and such were returning really HIGH rates. After much back and forth, we discovered the issue and finally a fix is available! It should be installed on our website by the end of this week. We sincerely hope that if you had tried placing an order on our website for something light and then looked at the shipping and thought "what the h#&^" that you give it another try.
